Generate an Email
Don't know what to write? Let AI create a complete email from a short description.
Open the composer
Click Compose in the sidebar.
Click the AI button
You'll find the AI button in the editor toolbar.
Describe what you want
Type a short prompt, for example: “Welcome email for new customers with a 10% discount code” or “Monthly product update highlighting three new features”.
Review and edit
AI generates the full email body. Review it, make any edits, and send. You're always in control of the final content.

Highlight the text you want to improve in the editor.
Click Improve
Tell the AI what you want: make it shorter, more casual, more persuasive, clearer, or more professional.
Accept or reject
AI rewrites the content while keeping your message intact. Accept the changes or try again with different instructions.

You'll see a score and specific issues found, like excessive caps, spammy phrases, or missing elements.

Common spam triggers: ALL CAPS subject lines, excessive exclamation marks, words like “FREE!!!” or “ACT NOW”, and missing unsubscribe links.
Getting the Best AI Results
Include details like your audience, tone, key points, and desired length. The more context you give, the better the output.
AI gives you a strong starting point, but always review the output. Add your brand voice, check facts, and make it feel authentically yours.
Not happy with the first result? Try rephrasing your prompt or asking AI to improve the generated content. Each iteration gets closer to what you want.
