Pro Tip

Templates save you time when you send similar emails regularly. Create templates for newsletters, welcome emails, follow-ups, and announcements.

Using the Block Editor

For pixel-perfect layouts, switch to the block editor. Build your email by adding and arranging blocks:

Text Block

Paragraphs, headings, and formatted text

Image Block

Full-width or inline images with alt text

Button Block

Call-to-action buttons with custom colors

Divider Block

Horizontal lines to separate sections

Spacer Block

Add vertical spacing between blocks

Column Block

Side-by-side layouts for multi-column content

Drag and drop blocks to build your email layout

Good to Know

Drag blocks to reorder them. Click any block to edit its content. The result is a responsive email that looks great on both desktop and mobile.

Merge Tags

Make templates dynamic with merge tags. These placeholders get replaced with real data when the email is sent:

TagReplaced With
{{name}}Contact's full name
{{email}}Contact's email address
{{company}}Contact's company name
Pro Tip

Use merge tags in your subject line too! “Hey {{name}}, your weekly update” feels much more personal than a generic subject.

Tips

Best Practices

Keep it on-brand

Use consistent colors, fonts, and logos across all your templates. This builds recognition and trust with your audience.

Mobile-first design

Over 60% of emails are read on mobile. Keep layouts simple, use large touch-friendly buttons, and avoid tiny text.

One clear CTA

Each email should have one primary call-to-action. Too many buttons confuse readers and reduce click rates.
